Participation Empowerment of C&Y

Below you can find a list of global indicators relating to Participation & Empowerment of C&Y,  sub-theme of Tdh Protection Transversal Expertise. Child protection interventions are transversal to the three programmes, Children and Youth on the Move, Child and Maternal Health and Access to Justice and to the WASH expertise. Hence these indicators are tailored to be used by all programme interventions that employ these kind of CP interventions. 

Meaningful and systematic child participation leads to agency and empowerment as children and young people progressively develop key life skills and capacities. Tdh supports interventions that aim to develop and promote innovative intergenerational and intersectional approaches to participation and empowerment, designed in partnership with children and young people.
